That's a tough one. If you listened to every bit of the RealTracks for that instrument and edited out all minor sixths and minor sevenths, then the style would never work if you had those chords in the song. Plus, you would need Melodyne to do it.

Instead, I think I would do surgery on that section of your song, rather than guess where to edit the RealTracks raw files. I would take it into a sequencer where I could work on one track at a time.
