Hi cychan,
Since C# is in the bass, I read this as a an extended C# dominant chord. While it is easier to think of E# as F, to my way of thinking, the notation of the above chord should be,
C# E# G# B D# E# A#
This is a C#13 chord without the 11th added. For example, a full C#13 is ...
C# E# G# B D# E# F# A# (where F# is the 11th)
With this in mind, I'd have a look through at various chords of the 13th in the Chord Builder. To access chord builder, right click on one of the bars in the Chord Sheet View and choose Chord Builder.
There is a drop-down menu in the Chord Builder that will give you a large selection of extended chords to choose from. One of these might be a suitable substitute for the sound you're after.
