As Long as you've recorded them at the same tempo there should be no problem saving each track as an individual *.wav file. Then just use the import wav file, or whatever it's called in Logic, to bring each track in.
I can confirm that with REAPER. Export everthing from BIAB to WAV (DXI-Render) and they will be perfectly in sync.
