i've been working for making an arrangement of a standard song here in Binab. I used all real tracks but i also had a quite complex strings part to insert in the arrangement. So i made up the strings parts in Logic and then exported as midi file. Now in Binab the only way i know to play something not done by Binab itself, is to import as melody or as soloist the midi file. Thus i imported it in the soloist track: i did this some other times before and it worked.
But this time something gone wrong, maybe because the large number of midi events: at the beginning the arrangement plays fine, but when i save and close it (regardless the tracks are frozen or not), it spoils . If the tracks were frozen, when opened again plays only the soloist track, and if they weren't frozen all tracks play but the soloist track breaks off after about 48 bars.
As i earlier said in the wishlist section, it would be very nice if the "importing" potentialities were improved in mac version.
I would try other ways to "bypass" the problem, anyway. Any idea?
