Hello DR,
There is a setting in the RealTracks Preferences window "Save RealCharts in MIDI files". This will work for RealTracks that have RealCharts - these are ones that have "N" (notation) or "Gt" under the Charts column in the RealTracks window.
However this is a transcription intended for viewing, it isn't an exact replica of the RealTrack in MIDI. So, it probably won't sound as good as you would want it to, although can be edited like any other MIDI track.
