RealDrums are by real drummers. They have styles. The whole thing is recorded. You might be able to use an eq on it to boost some part or other.

Midi Drums can be written and controlled. Make sure your drum track is frozen or moveld to the Solo track, and change the output to midi ch 10.

RealDrums, like Terry Clarke have laid down styles. To get them to do a fill add a part marker.

If you want exact reproduction of a cover song, complete with that 3 hit cowbell, Band in a Box wasn't meant for that. Listen to some of the demos, use the demo's of drum styles and go from there.
