Buenas. Tengo el BIAB 2011 y la tarjeta de sonido (TonePort UX2 de Line6) me da algunos problemas. Cuando trato de salvar mi trabajo a audio es una tarea sin fin. Empieza a renderizar y se pasa horas sin llegar a ningún resultado. Además, no me aparece la opción de salvarlo como MP3. Otro problema es el uso con el Mago de Acordes. Hago click en "Archivo>Abrir Audio c/Acordes" y el mensaje que aparece tras elegir el archivo es: "Error Controlador no puede hacer conversión requerida".
Entro en configuraciones de Audio y me aparece seleccionado MME como Tipo de Controlador. Si escojo la opción ASIO y elijo mi tarjeta de sonido me aparece el siguiente mensaje: "Este controlador ASIO usa un formato de datos que PODRIA funcionar, pero no está probado".
¿Alguien tiene este mismo problema? Estoy tirando con la opción MME pero me aparecen los problemas anteriormente mencionados.

Buscando en el foro en inglés apareció una respuesta. Parece ser que todo se debía a un problema de codecs. Me faltaba el MPEG LAYER-3. Instalado y de momento solucionado

Hola Julius, espero que la solución a tu problema haya sido permanente. Para ampliar un poco el párrafo que cito de tu respuesta, quiero comentarte que dicho mensaje aparece también cuando hay algun grado de incompatiblidad entre los controladores de una placa o tarjeta de audio en particular y Band in a Box. Por ejemplo, en algunos casos los sistemas de Lexicon, como el Omega o Lambda, tienen problemas de comunicación de su controlador que se traducen en que BIAB no puede registrar o grabar el audio proveniente de ellas, aunque si puede reproducirlo perfectamente. En el caso de esta marca, el problema se soluciona utilizando los controladores ASIO4ALL en lugar de los proporcionados por el fabricante, el único inconveniente es que solo puede grabarse o reproducirse a través del primer par de entradas /salidas.
Un caso similar se presenta con la seria POD de LINE6, como el POD XT y el X3. Para solucionarlo solo hay quye asegurarse que el controlador del POD se encuentre configurado en 16 bits, ya que no será reconocido en 24 ni 32 de coma flotante.
ASí por el estilo se presentan a veces algunos casos, los cuales si lo desean podrán ser reportados por aqui para su posible solución.
