Hello:
I have noticed a problem with loading RD "nashville brushes hillybilly swing" and I'd like to see if anyone can duplicate the problem.
It will load in certain RT styles and in some it won't.
In the styles it won't load, I get an error message something to the effect that
"Nashvilleswing8Hank does not exist" And that the wave file "nashville brushes hillybilly swing" doesn't exist in the same folder as text file "Nashvilleswing8Hank"
So, in some RT styles, even though I'm trying to load "nashville brushes hillybilly swing", it's trying to match it up with a text file calling for "Nashvilleswing8Hank".
Here is a list of RT styles that will and won't load RD nashville brushes hillybilly swing:
Styles that WILL load Nashville brushes Hillybilly Swing :
_CSWFIDM
_CONSHPS
_CBOOGFIM
_CBOOGSL
Styles that will NOT load Nashville brushes Hillybilly Swing and I get the error message described above:
_HKSRGP
_JULESW
_HANKPS
_ROUNDUP
_CNTRYSW
This is not a complete list of styles that will or will not load Nashville brushes Hillybilly Swing , just the ones I've tested.

John, Let's talk about 1 of the styles. _HANKPS That style should be dated 2/3/2009 It loads the drums style called NashvilleSwing8 There should be a folder called c:\bbdums\NashvilleSwing8, and in that folder there should be a few wma files with names like this: NashvilleSwing8^_110_Style.wma Nothing in this should be referencing 'Hillbilly'. If it is, perhaps you have an old version of the style, or you have a song that specifies 'hillbilly' drums. Please send an example song and matching style to beta@pgmusic.com

I loaded the _HKSRGP style and the demo song (RealTracks Demo - Guitar, Pedal Steel) and when I went to add the Nashville Brushes Hillbilly Swing, I also get the following error message:
C:\bb\Drums\NASHVILLESWING8HANK\NASHVILLESWING8H
does not exist
C:\bb\Drums\NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing\NashvilleBrushesHillb
file has error: Wave File doesn't exist in same folder as txt
file or in another folder
C:\bb\Drums\NASHVILLESWING8HANK\NASHVILLESWING8H
The files do exist in their proper location.

Tried NashvilleCountryPop, NashvilleClassicShuffle and NashvilleEasyBluegrass drum styles and they load OK with no problems.
Now what is interesting is that when I tried to load NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing, notice the error message I get:
C:\bb\Drums\NASHVILLESWING8HANK\NASHVILLESWING8H
does not exist
C:\bb\Drums\NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing\NashvilleBrushesHillb

It talks about not being able to find NashvilleSwing8H
When I pick NashvilleSwing8H, that drum set loads just fine.
Why would NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing be indicating it cannot find NashvilleSwing8H
I click on the rebuild button to see if that made a difference, it did not.

I can load any of the in question style as well as that demo song and then replace the RDs with the Nashville Brushes Hillbilly Swing and it's fine. No issues what so ever.

Peter: Yes, my style _HANKPS is dated 2-3-2009 and in my Real Drums folder there is a style called NashvilleSwing8 there are the WMA files you referenced and there are no references to hillbilly. jcland, who posted above, is getting the same error message I am getting. it looks like this:  when I load any of the problem styles and then try to load nashville brushes hillbilly swing drums, I get the error above. The message we are getting says:
C:\bb\Drums\NASHVILLESWING8HANK\NASHVILLESWING8HANK
does not exist
I have no directory in C:\bb\Drums called NASHVILLESWING8HANK
Seems to me the program is looking for a file or files that are supposed to be located in a directory that does not exist.

My last comment in this and I will let the guru's at PG Music figure it out
I looked at the 5 text files in my directory NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing and saw this:
How come the text file named NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_120_Style.txt has the wavename listed as wavename=NashvilleSwing8Hank_120_Style.wav and all the others (85,100,140,165 and 190) show what is below. I included the 120 file as reference in comparison to the others.
wavename=NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_085_Style.wav
wavename=NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_100_Style.wav
wavename=NashvilleSwing8Hank_120_Style.wav
wavename=NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_140_Style.wav
wavename=NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_165_Style.wav
wavename=NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_190_Style.wav
I even corrected the text file for 120 to show this as an experiment so it matches all the others:
wavename=NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_120_Style.wav
and it still will not load the drum track.

I think you are on to something. Songs with a tempo near 120 will not load Nashville Brushes Hillbilly Swing because the 120 bpm wave is misnamed in the text file.
I loaded the demo song for _CSWFIDM. That demo song is at 110 bpm. Nashville Brushes Hillbilly Swing WILL load in the original demo song. But as soon as I increased the tempo to 131 and hit regenerate, Nashville Brushes Hillbilly Swing will not play and I got the error message.

That error was identified and fixed last year, in July 29,2010 file date (of a fixed NashvilleBrushesHillbillySwing_120_Style.txt ).
I'm not sure which specific RT/RD fix patch it was in, but it would have been in any of the 2011 full versions.
The expert on the patches is Andrew @ PG Music, but he is away on vacation this week. When he returns I'll ask him to look into this.

Likewise I am current on all of my patches and updates and still have the problem.
My last patch was done in Feb using the following file:
RealTracks 1-121 Updates - May 1 2008 to Feb 4 2011 (Full) (1320 MB)

All of the wma & text files are correct. The 120 is dated july 29,2010 as Peter mentioned.

You can fix these all yourself if you need. Just make sure all of the WMA files, text files & wave form name in the text file for each tempo are the same.You can't fix RTs but with the ability to make your own RDs is a simple matter to fix.

Thank you for responding. Obviously, jcland and I are missing some sort of update, although I thought I had downloaded every possible one.
When I called, even some of the tech support people at PG were getting the same error and they thought they were up to date.

Yes, likely the BB2011 Ultra Pak had the fix in it, and we need to make a specific patch for people who updated and didn't get "the whole thing" again.

But I did not install the update for RTs 1-121, May 3, 2010 to Feb 4, 2011,
although I DO have shots and holds for Resonators, etc, which is supposedly part of this update.
the misnamed text file I have for Hillbilly Swing drums is dated 7-28-2009
the people who have the correctly named file have one dated July 29, 2010
Kent also sent me a link to reinstall RD set 25, but that did not help.
I have BIAB 2011, build 314,
