Yes. You can save the audio generated from the RealTracks as follows.
After the track has been generated, (assume it is on the "Piano" track).
Drag the "Piano" radio button to the top left area of the screen,, named "Drop", and drop it there. It will then turn green.
From there you can then drag the green "drop area" to your DAW program.

An alternate way is to just right click on the track name at the top, and choose save as WAV file, then import the WAV into Sonar.
