After the track has been generated, (assume it is on the "Piano" track).
Drag the "Piano" radio button to the top left area of the screen,, named "Drop", and drop it there. It will then turn green.
From there you can then drag the green "drop area" to your DAW program.

Dragging to "Drop" should not be necessary.
Direct dragging from the radio button area directly into a Sonar track should work.

In addition, dragging into Windows Explorer will also create a WAV file.

Direct dragging does work however not for everyone. This is why that drop box was created. It in essence drags it to explorer. Then dragging the green box is like dragging from explorer to Sonar.
