I'm certain I'm not the first to post this request, but 6/8 is a fundamental time signature, it's not even an "odd" signature. I'd love to see support for ALL signatures, but 6/8 is very useful for gospel and even some popular music.
But the current implementation for 6/8 in BIAB is to "use 4/4 with a style that has a triplet feel."
PLEASE!!! even if it's MIDI ONLY, without any real tracks or real drums - PLEASE add true 6/8 implementation in the BIAB engine and add true 6/8 MIDI styles (at least).

I agree, it would be nice if the chord input segregation changed to reflect 3/4 or 6/8.
Occasionaly 3/4 does require a chord movement during the 1-2-3. Putting them on the 1 and 3, 4 seems to work best but...
I do a lot of Celtic and for the Jigs Biab actually plays 12/8. (4 x 3/8 per bar)
Therefore I treat one 'bar' as two. But it plays correctly at the 'one bar' tempo.
A little confusing but it works well enough.
