No, you can't. BIAB can't take an audio file and extract instruments to create a style. It works for MIDI, because MIDI is just the note information anyway.

Why not try auditioning several different RealTracks and RealDrums to see if you find something close? Or, if you can find a particular part that's close, you can always use the hybrid style maker to mix and match parts from different styles to create a new, unique style. Either way, you're only going to get close or similar; it's not going to sound like the original.
