In the Count-in/Met preferences,
These should be checked:
- Allow lead-in bars
- Play lead even if intro present
Uncheck this:
- Audible lead-in
In the drop-down for Visible Metronome:
Lead in only...
(At least that's how it works in Band-in-a-Box 2011.)
