You can select mulitple tracks or parts of muliple tracks, thus you could select the last two bars of each real track and apply a fade out.

Do do this select the last two bars of the first track and then hold down the shift while you drag through the other tracks or right click on the tracks you want to select. then apply the audio effect. This will likly apply to all audio effects.
