Use the MME driver for BIAB
I unfortunately use a loopback from the MME out on the motherboard to the ASIO in on my interface so I can use a DAW effects on the output of BIAB.
I wish they'd add Rewire to BIAB.
You can search for a program called "Virtual Audio Cable" or another one called "Jack" Windows version, but neither is reliable enough for me.
How do you want to use them together? Do you want one to control the other?
BIAB does understand some midi commands for control - see the Conductor, but it's not realtime, or midisync. You can however sync Ableton from the midiout from BIAB. And if you don't use realtracks in BAIB the Conductor feature works great.
