Hallo Freunde,
ich habe gerade mein BiaB2009 auf build280 erfolgreich upgedated. Es gibt auf der PGMusic Updatesite auch Updates für RealTracks + RealDrums. Build280 stammt v. 24.Dez., der letzte angebotene RealTracks Update v. 11.Dez.
Soll ich RealTracks + RealDrums auch updaten oder sind die bei build280 dabei? Wie kann man die Installation daraufhin prüfen?

Hallo,
die Updates für die Programme und die für die RealTracks und -Drums sind verschiedene Dinge. Die Tracks werden ja auch für andere Programme verwendet, z.B. Realband. Daher ist es notwendig, die Updates gesondert herunterzuladen. Ich lade gerade alle Updates vom 11. Dezember herunter.
Eine Möglichkeit, die Aktualität der eigenen Files zu überprüfen, sehe ich nicht (zumindest nicht vor dem Download). Man kann aber davon ausgehen, daß die vor diesem Zeitpunkt liegende Updates in der Version 2009 schon enthalten sind.

Ich habe mal den 1.Update f. RealTracks 20-27 durchgeführt und keine Änderung bemerkt. Nach wie vor datiert mein letztes RealTracks File vom 3.Dez.2008, d.h. nichts Neues hinzugekommen, und man kann sich den Aufwand sparen.

Hallo,
ja, stimmt. Bei den Realinstruments hat sich bei mir auch nichts verändert, aber im BB-Ordner sind einige Styles jetzt vom 6.12.
In der Beschreibung der Updates ist auch mehr von Styles als von Realinstruments die Rede. Da hätte das Update vielleicht auch etwas weniger voluminös ausfallen dürfen (bei 384Kb Möchtegern-DSL ist das schon eine Menge Holz).
