Hola.Un saludo.Paso a comentar,mi problema. Adquirí hace 3 dias,via ¨download¨,el paquete BIAB 2010.5 Megapak,para mac.El programa,me encanta,pero el paquete,me parece demasiado retringido,en cuanto a contenido.No es una crítica.Depende de lo que cada uno espere,por lo que paga.Hay otros paquetes,para todos los gustos,imagino. El caso es,que dicho paquete,personalmente,se me queda muy corto,para mis necesidades.Con lo cual,he mandado un mail a sales@pgmusic.com,solicitando,bien la devolución,o, (preferentemente),un cambio de paquete,a Ultraplus Pak,abonando la diferencia.Eso fué hace 2 dias,pero todavía no he obtenido respuesta.No estoy seguro de si atienden en español(les he adjuntado una traducción relizada mediante Google),por lo cual,me dirijo a este foro,para ver si me pueden aclarar algo,ya que no estoy muy seguro de adonde dirigirme,en mi idioma(¿el teléfono,lo atienden en español?).... Por otro lado,quisiera saber,si cuando salga BIAB 2011 para mac,la actualización será gratuíta,ya que entiendo,que en caso negativo,acabaría pagando mucho mas que un usuario de Windows,por el mismo producto(o parecido,ya que en mac,ni siquiera trae la aplicación Real Band,o no me consta). Reitero,que no es una crítica.El programa esta muy bien(si lo tienes completo.Y es eso,lo que pretendo.La devolución,sería,para comprar el Ultraplus Pak). Si alguien me puede ayudar,con este tema,se lo agradecería.Y si lo hicieran en un periodo de tiempo breve,lo agradecería doble,para disipar la incertidumbre).Y para poder usar BIAB,con todo su potencial. Muchas gracias,de antemano. Espero que mi próxima aparición en este foro,sea para comentar las maravillas de este programa(y de su departamento de ventas en español,espero)

pgabriel, por mi experiencia son gente muy competente en tema de envíos y atención al cliente. Los plazos de entrega son rídiculamente cortos y las veces que he mandado mails a Carlos o moderadores de este foro he sido, en la mayoría de los casos, bien informado y en un tiempo razonablemente corto. Confío en que soluciones tus problemas pronto, más aún si vas a adquirir la versión Ultrapack. Yo estoy encantado con mi versión para Windows. Suerte y espero que lo resuelvas cuanto antes.
