That is what you do with BiaB. You use their realtracks in an original song.

However, if you were to take one of the raw files (realtrack recordings used in the program) from inside BiaB and try to sell it, there may be an issue because you have created nothing. None of what you would be selling is 'yours'.

If you use it write a song then you have created something and own it.

PGMusic has stated publicly before - what you create using BiaB is yours.
You own the rights to it. Many people have used BiaB on commercial projects, then came on the forum and publicized it. I have seen the owner congratulate them on their work. I have never ever heard of a problem like the one you are worried about.
