I don't know if it has been mentioned yet on this forum but I have seen people make youtube videos as a tool for drawing attention to their songs. A few have sold a considerable # of c.d.s. I would say that weather you are after a recording contract with a label or if you are wanting to do it yourself the key is getting enough people to listen to your music. there are a lot of internet sites that help w/this. I personally like youtube. (I watch a lot of videos and upload some as well) Personally (although I havent sold a large # of c.d.s as of yet) I like performing for fund raisers/charities etc and selling c.d.s on the side.....donate the performance and a # of c.d.s and everybody wins....and you never know who might be there to hear.....reverb nation is also a really cool site...helps you showcase your work and points you toward some gigs should you be interested. hope that helps:).............best of luck in your music career............Jeff
