To check user account control (a security 'feature')
Go to control panel - user account control
See if if the slider is set to 'high', if so try moving down a notch. Works in the middle here.
Also, go in windows explorer and look in the Realband folder of your C: drive to see whether rbseq32.dll is in that folder or not. If it is, your location that the program is pointing to may be the wrong drive, -
right click the icon you use to launch RB, then properties and see where it says the program is located (path). If not C:/Realband, that would be wrong.
