>> I'm working with StyleMaker -- Edit Current Style (_CBALAD1.STY). Then I import the Guitar from _DRVCBAL.STY to replace the pedal steel guitar. Nothing changes, it's still the Pedal Steel.
When you revisit the style, is it still saying "pedal steel"? If so, you should remember to save the style. If needed, save it under a different name.
BTW, there's an easy way to make RealStyles. Once you have a song loaded with custom RealTracks, at volumes that you lke, enter the RealTracks Assign dialog, and press the "Save Style" button. This makes a style using the song's RealTracks, at the volumes that you have set. You can fine tune the settings by revisiting the style in the StyleMaker like any other style.
