I have a Thermaltake unit; works great for SATA drives. Got mine at Best Buy for a few bucks more than that ad. You can get one of two models: USB only, or USB and external SATA (a bit more money, but much faster if you have an eSATA port).

If you need the old IDE enclosure mentioned by Rachael, look around for an older external hard drive sent to you by PG Music years ago. If you have one, just pop out their drive and put yours in.
