Hi Rachael,
If all the files were still in the same place as when you installed them, then it should have removed all of the files that it installed, including the ST2 files / MGU / etc. However, it won't work if you have moved the files/folders around after installing or if your drive letter changed - something like that may have happened.
Since all of the files except those in the RealTracks folder itself are quite small - if you are trying to save space on your hard drive, you could just remove those RealTracks folders that you don't want and leave the rest of the files alone.
