The Onion is a satire newspaper, so everything they print has to be taken with a grain of salt. It's often funny, sometimes not, and not for everybody.
The link didn't work for me (it said article not found), but based on the text of the link it's not true.
What's funny is that I'll often recognize clippings from the Onion when Jay Leno does his headlines segment. Of course it's funny, but it was all intentional, because it isn't real. It's just satire.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
