Installed the latest update? (Support at top of page)

I'm guessing you have an icon pointing to a specific drive letter and you are also moving the drive connection around and getting a different drive letter assignment so it crashes when it can't find what it needs.

Is RB installed on the computer?
I would try to reinstall it if so, paying close attention to options along the way. Then come here, click support at top, and get the latest update for the program.

If you are running from the external drive, not sure what would cause this, except drive letter issue mentioned above.
