Bob, do you have version 2011? The word "Audio" to the right of the instrument radio buttons might make you think it is related to the melody and harmony choices below, but it is not. It just got pushed over there by feature creep. The harmony setting refers to the MIDI melody or soloist track. I think Ralph may be onto the right idea: do you have an audio file playing along? WAV or MP3 perhaps? It would not be affected by the Harmony pulldown setting.

If you already know that and it still isn't working as it should, reboot and restart the BIAB program. If that doesn't help, do Opt., Return to Factory Settings. If that doesn't help, give us as much info about your system and a step-by-step description of your actions and results.
