OP hape13 Enthusiast Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 28 Deutschland	Moin zusammen, am 06.04.2011 bekam ich per Mail die im Betreff genannte frohe Botschaft mit Sonderangeboten bis zum Ende April. Von daher könnte man den entsprechenden Sticky-Post hier evtl. mal überarbeiten, nachdem die Musikmesse 2011 nun auch schon gelesen ist... Gibt es dazu schon mehr Informationen? Was ich bislang verstanden habe ist, dass einige neue RealTracks nur mit der aktuellen Version verwendet werden können. Das Update soll nun auch ein breiteres Band an Tempoeinstellungen pro Groove zulassen. Bezieht sich das jetzt nur auf die neuen RealTracks oder wird mit einem neuen Time-Stretching-Algorithmus auch das "alte Zeug" besser klingen? Was ist dann die Besonderheit der neuen RealTracks im Bezug auf die Inkompatiblität mit alten Versionen? Oder werden beim Update auch alte RealTracks "runderneuert"? Greetz, hp www.hape13.de ..

ralfboe Journeyman Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 487 Berlin, Germany	Hallo HP, ich kann nur für die 2011er von Windows sprechen, da ich keinen Mac habe. Aber die Neuerungen in Bezug auf die RTs sind ja gleich. Mein Fazit: Ein Update lohnt unbedingt. Die neuen RTs und die Verbesserungen der alten bringen deutliche Vorteile beim Sound und in allen Tempobereichen. Alles klingt nochmals echter und musikalischer. Die alten RTs werden für die neue Stretch-Engine von BIBA/RB 2011 gepatched. Sie können dann nicht mehr mit älteren BIAB-Versionen genutzt werden, da denen diese neue Stretch-Engine fehlt. Neben den RT-Sounds sind m.E. aber noch andere neue Features ein Update-Grund. Allen voran die Möglichkeit, in einer Spur in jedem beliebigen Takt das RT-Instrument zu wechseln. Endlich kein Gewürge mehr, wenn man 3 oder 4 Solisten spielen lassen will und alle anderen Spuren voll belegt sind. Auch die Option, pro Spur mehrere Instrumente gleichzeitig zu laden ist ein großer Schritt nach vorn. Damit werden Gitarrenwände und Bläsergruppen möglich. Den Rest der Mac-Neuheiten kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber die genannten Features möchte ich nicht mehr missen. Ralf

Und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis halte ich auch für i.O.. Vor allen Dingen für mich das wichtig ist auch die Möglichkeit, den Groove im Song zu wechseln. Ich wollte nur diese RT-Abteilung und das Stretching ein wenig besser verstehen, dabei hast Du mit Deinem Beitrag geholfen. Vielen Dank. Schönen Abend, hp www.hape13.de ..

Leider fehlt immer noch die Leadsheetansicht, nach wie vor kann man nicht Notenbezogen den Liedtext einfügen, man kann keinen Gesang direkt aufnehmen, das Practise Window gibt es auch nicht usw. usw. Ich verstehe nicht so richtig, warum man diese guten Features nicht in die Mac Version einbaut. Der einzige Grund für mein Update war, dass ich die neuen Realtracks habe und dass man sie jetzt doch bedeutend verkleinern kann ohne an Qualität zu verlieren. Das hat mir eine Menge neuen Platz auf dem Mac Book geschaffen. Ansonsten ist die Windowsversion nach wie vor um Längen besser. So long, mos

Hi, das sind alles Dinge, die ich nicht benötige. Überwiegend nutze ich das für mich selbst zum Training, um schnell und durch RT inzwischen auch gute Playbacks (Drums und Bass) zu haben. Das macht einfach mehr Spaß, als früher mit dem MIDI-Geklapper. Wenn ich etwas aus BB weiter verwenden will, kopiere ich die Audio-Files nach Cubase, dann habe ich alle Möglichkeiten, die für mich wichtig sind. Antwort auf: Ich verstehe nicht so richtig, warum man diese guten Features nicht in die Mac Version einbaut. Da gebe ich Dir allerdings 100% Recht. Wahrscheinlich sind die Mac-Verkaufszahlen (noch) nicht so, dass sich ein höherer Entwicklungsaufwand lohnt. Aber ich muss an dieser Stelle mal ein Riesen-Lob aussprechen. Ich hatte das Update bestellt und zwei zusätzliche RT-Paks. Keine 24 Stunden später (heute morgen) hatte ich eine Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass ein Mega-Pak-Upgrade für meinen Bedarf das bessere sei, über die bestellten RT's hinaus weitere enthielte und um knapp 90 $ günstiger sei. Ich bekam neue Download-Links und die Zusage, am Beginn der kommenden Woche eine Gutschrift auf mein PayPal-Konto zu erhalten. Das nenne ich vorbildlichen Service. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, so etwas schon einmal erlebt zu haben! Einkaufen bei PGMusic ist eine klare Empfehlung! Schönes Wochenende, hp www.hape13.de ..
