Not sure exactly where things are going wrong, but you should start with confirming that the bars for chorus begin and chorus end are set correctly. The highlighted lack bar during playback would be a good clue, is it highlighting the bar that you expect? Also, make sure you are pressing PLAY again, and not just Replay. If things are still looking correct to you, either re-enter the chords in a new song, or send the song to us at support@pgmusic.com . There have been no issues with the program doing this kind of thing on its own, so its more likely due to some error as above.
