When you click on the MIDI button in BIAB to export to MIDI, you will see a choice for exporting drums to different tracks. Then, when you load the MIDI file into your favorite DAW, you'll see every drum instrument on a separate track (of course, all will be on MIDI channel 10, but they are on different tracks).

Also, if you use RealBand, there is a command there to split MIDI drums. So you can get it coming and going.
