Yes. When you click "play", BIAB generates an arrangement (which changes slightly everytime you hit "play"). Assuming you are using a MIDI (versus RealTracks style), you can split out each of the the drum instruments onto its own track when you export to a MIDI file.

And obviously this does not work at all with RealDrums (which are audio recordings), not MIDI.

I'm not sure what happens to individual drum parts you've entered, you would have to try it and experiment to see what that does.
