Glen,
I believe it depends on the "key" that is set in RealBand. Usually, once the ACW has done its chord deciphering, RB will ask to set the song key based on the chord interpretation. If you know the key, you can set it in RealBand and it should affect the chord(s) in the chord cell view.
Some songs are recorded in a different key then the original and RB will usually set it from the ACW Wizard, but sometimes it doesn't.
You can manually set the key in RB and it is found in the middle-top of RB.
