Do you believe they are BIAB files because the files have a BIAB icon on them? I suspect that if the zipped files are truly Yamaha files, they should read fine on your Tyros. The reason they show up as BIAB files is because both BIAB style files and Yamaha style files use the .STY file extension, and Windows currently has that extension associated with BIAB (you can only associate an extension with one application. Windows doesn't care which application the file actually belongs to, it just looks at the file extension and gives it that icon.)

You do not need to uninstall BIAB to make it work. Just be careful not to mix your Yamaha style files with BIAB style files, because they are two completely different file formats. They only share the same filename extension (.STY).
