^STOM.exe problems are usually caused by the User Account Control being set too high. The computer security wants to restrict the part of the program that does the audio conversions.

In Control Panel - User Accounts you should be able to set that a little lower so Windows either lets it run or asks you if it is OK to let it run.

The miniburner feature has been outdated for a while. It is a generic burning app. It's hit and miss depending on operating system and model of CD burner as to whether it will work.

That should solve the problem. Merge down to a wav file, then burn.
