The HC works in Win 7 64 but you have to go to Roland's website and download and install the Vista driver first. Just type "Hypercanvas Win 7" into Google and the link to the exact page pops up. You should try Google first for stuff like this you know, it's faster than posting a question here. If you can't find anything that way, then post here. Google is your friend.

As to the sound quality, that's purely subjective. I think the Coyote Forte DXi that PG sells for $40 sounds a bit better but I don't use either much any more because I have a Roland Sonic Cell and that blows both of them away. Note the Forte DXi is not the Coyote Wavetable. The Wavetable is nothing but a small piece of code that allows your PC to use the totally crap soundchip on your mobo as a DXi.
