To the right of the song tempo box, there are three numbers. They default to 1, 32, and 3 when you start a new song. The first number is which bar the chorus start, the second number is the last bar, and the third number is the number of times to play the chorus (which is defined as the bars between and including the first two numbers). That lets you use the first however many bars as an intro, then start your chorus, and after the last bar, come back to play the chorus again. There are also song settings to allow for tag endings, which allow you to jump out of a chorus on the last repeat, jump to a location after the last bar, and play until the last bar of the tag ending.

I hope that helped.
