I would post the realtracks wish list under the program wishlist that you use most often. Since BIAB, PTPA and RB all use realtracks to one degree or another. So if you don't have PTPA, you wouldn't be likely to post a wish list item under that heading, or if you rarely use RB, it seems like BIAB would be the most likely heading you would want to use.

Personally I would put it under RB, because mentally I associate realtracks with use in RB where I can cut and paste them and do easy audio edits etc.
