How do you fade out the last 5-7 bars in all tracks?

Highlite all tracks , click Edit-Gain change and make sure the button selected says 'Fade out' then click OK Or you can acess this this by right click also. Sometimes it's better to do this after mixing down; as a final fade-out ... easier to do on one track 
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Here is a little more detail how I do it in Realband, which I believe is the same as power tracks. Left click in the tracks area of your first track and drag from your starting bar to your end bar. This highlites the area you want to fade. Hold ctrl+shift and left click in the title area of each track you want the fade to affect. All the title areas of your selected tracks and all the track areas are now highlited. Right click on any of the selected track areas and select audio effects. In the next pop up select gain change. on the right hand side of the next pop up, select fade out and then process. You can also select the percentage of the fade...Bobby

Since you are often fading all tracks you can also hilghlight the section as mentioned, then click the first track number, hold shift and click the last track number. This selects all the tracks in between.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
