Jeff sent me screenshots of his configuration, so I'm posting them (they're all in the Word document) here for others to take a look at as well. It seems to me that we should be able to get to the bottom of this. Unfortunately, I've got to do some "real job" stuff this evening, so I probably won't get to it until later, but I was hoping that Bob Harvey could take a look at it.
