Is there any diffence between RealBand and Power Tracks???

RealBand is a melding of Powertracks with some of the features of Band In a Box. It does most everything Powertracks does and allows you to do realtrack generation and to directly open BiaB files, plus create BiaB type tracks using the styles that BiaB uses. Both midi and RT/RD.
HP Win 11 12 gig ram, Mac mini with 16 gig of ram, BiaB 2025, Realband, Reaper 7, Harrison Mixbus 9 32c , Melodyne 5 editor, Presonus Audiobox 1818VSL, Presonus control app.

As robh said -
Realband does everything Powertracks does, and looks/acts like it as far as GUI goes. But it does do some things PT doesn't do, like Realtracks. PT does 'Realdrums' (gives you a taste of the possibilities) but PT doesn't do 'Realtracks' (like guitars, bass, sax, etc).
That's the biggest difference. Realtracks are a huge difference. I just wanted to point that out.
However, if you just need to record live instruments and play back MIDI synths, PT is an absolute bargain! Once you experience realtracks (and other 'song generation' differences) you'll see the difference between the two. But if that aspect doesn't interest you, PT is a steal.

It seems to me that Real Band is essentially Power Tracks using Band in a Box as a plug-in. It's a bit more than that, I know, but can be seen as such.

My opinion;
much code has been adapted in deeper ways than RB using BiaB as a plugin. RB can do many things (that are BiaB features) that BiaB cannot do, so it extends BiaB.
It's the best of both worlds; PT and BiaB combined.
