The F5 function is a BiaB feature, not an RB feature. As noted above; they are not exactly the same, but you can usually get done what you need to get done one way or the other.
You also can't open an RB seq file in BiaB. It's just the way they work. RB is actually Powertracks DAW software with some BiaB features added in. It is a very powerful and cool thing to have available. Maybe in a future version RB will import this info, but not currently.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
