Under File-> Make a Standard MIDI file...
Look for the "Include RealDrums" checkbox. Might be good to hit the Options button there.
Once you have created the MIDI file, just opening the MIDI file in your sequencer won't open the wav RealDrums track. Look for a .wav file of the same name in the same folder as the MIDI file was stored. Import that to an audio track separately.
