I wrote a large Praise for Behringer for my old site, so here is the Readers Digest version...

A friend sent me a matched pair of the small capsule C2 mics, but one had a bad roll off switch & only put out 1/2 volume. No problem, Behringer states that I could take them to any authorized dealer & get them swapped out for a new pair...cool!

One problem, these were sent from Vancouver Island, and I am in OH USA, so no store would get involved. To ship them back to the point of purchase would cost more than the mics cost, so that was out. So I contacted Behringer support....

After 3 faxes from 2 different countries I had a RMA Label.....8 days later I had a new set of mics, no cost to anyone, no hassle, just great customer service that went way above & beyond what was required.

I have never had a problem with Berry equipment, it has done what it was supposed to at a good price, but this made ma a huge fan.

Customer service means a LOT to me in this day & age of disposable electronics, and Berry & PG Music has definitely crossed over to the #1 in my book side of the list!
