Yep, some punk stuff would be good to have.

There's even what you might call a 'punk jazz' movement that came out of Ornette Coleman. Captain Beefheart took some of Ornette Coleman's free jazz ideas into a hard edged delta blues/rock style that might be thought of as 'punk'.In the 80's the jazz/punk/funk scene expanded greatly revolving around bands like James Blood Ulmer 'Defunkt 'The Birthday Party' 'Nic Cave and the Bad Seeds' 'Pinski Zoo' as well as 'Last Exit' and 'Massacre'. John Zorn's band 'Painkiller' took it forward the 90's. I'd love to see some real styles with this kind of full on aggression and craziness for a change.
