Hi Noel,
My advice would be to move the folders that aren't recognized to another folder, and then the issue will go away. The "????" just mean that there is no information about the styles in the file c:\bb\drumstyleinfo2.txt.
Or if you want to use those styles with the ????, they will likely still work.
