A workaround might be to set your Prefs such that BiaB will always give the VISUAL countin. I run mine that way at live gigs, using the Visual Countin only, parked at the upper right corner. You won't hear the sticktaps, but with a little bit of ;ractice I find it easy to follow the visuals and come in at the right time.
Besides, my audiences don't need to hear that stick tap before every song and this method makes for a more convincing performance.
Sometimes I verbally count in with the Visual, as if I'm starting a live band, once had a fellow ask me how I managed to get the computer to start playing from my verbal countin, such is the stuff of magic acts...
