Well,Matt...pardonez moi! Apparently I have stepped on the foot of royalty.

I meant no offense.The response to my inquiry was the first to be totally incomprehensible to me and reflected a lack of thought given to my text to which I humanly responded.

I admittedly "do not know what is happening". Isn't that why we ask questions? So...guilty as accused. Is not the burden of explanation on the teacher?

I am age 65 and have been playing music since before most here were born.Perhaps that is why I have reached the point of fatigue with condescending tech heads who lack the insight to be able or even willing to try to understand what a customer might be feeling and experiencing.

I suggest that Peter should not lower himself to my level of subhuman stupidity and instead delegate such communications to others more mentally suited to understanding what an imbecile musician like myself might be experiencing.(IE: his support staff who I have found by experience to be far more adept in this regard)

But then...are we not His customers? Do I,as such,not have the privilege to challenge the Creator of the product I have purchased? When did the world devolve to that sorry state?

If you review my comments you will find nothing but gratitude courteously and sincerely expressed on multiple occasions not only to the kind and thoughtful people, yourself included, who have helped me figure out this excellent program,(the manual of which presents any normal human with a virtual labyrinth of information standing between using same creatively and understanding how to do so) but also to the fine people I have spoken with by phone and to the creator(s) of the program itself.

I understand, as I have posted here,that the task of compiling a "how to do [whatever]" manual is a gargantuan task and I say again that I respect that.

To Peter I can only say the following:

You have my personal email. If I have offended you I apologize and invite you to contact me personally.(Given my experience in this world I will be more than surprised if you actually do)I prefer to take this issue up with you without the kibitzing of uninvolved and unconnected individuals who somehow view you as above any form of challenge. Again,I meant no offense...I just have a problem with incomplete and issue-unrelated information.
