every good keyboard workstation has an arpeggiator (i.e. Yamaha Motif) , and they date back to early synthesizer
it does not have to be 1-3-5-7 , it should even be configurable, over 1 octave, 2 octaves, in eight notes, sixteenth notes, triplets, etc
