I see no one has answered yet. On the iTunes store, the descriptions for both PG Music apps say the same requirements:
Compatible with iPhone, iPad Touch and iPad. Requires iOS 4.0 or later.
I would think if an app worked with the iPad, it would work with an iPad 2.
