So technical support at PG Music had me do a "Return to Factory Settings" to fix a problem. I thought the Tracks Window in RB11.5 was not working properly, so they told me to do a Factory Reset to repair it. No one told technical support there is a zoom function on the new tracks window.
Anyway, I can't get RB11.5 to recognize my Ketron. So I really need some help here. Thank you.
