1. New version defaults to audio instead of MIDI. Guess you'd like that feature. Not sure how to accomplish this in previous verions, but you can enable "record audio too, when track type is MIDI" and then be foolproof.
2. Elastique stretching algorythm (I think) in recent versions asks if you want to adjust audio. What version are you running?
3. I think you have to click thru this, haven't found another route yet, but let us know if you do. I was glad to see the ability to do this.
I think #3 asks some good questions for modifications.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
